Experience We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating an outstanding client experience
Previous experience in a “people-centric” role
Enthusiasm for fitness and personal development
Personal training certification, relevant degree, or at least 1 year of experience in fitness coaching
Sports performance experience is a plus.
Your Primary Objective:
Make the time our clients spend at RISE FITNESS the best part of their day.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching: Lead small group personal training sessions and help clients progress safely and effectively.
Programming: Contribute to designing engaging and effective training plans tailored to clients’ needs.
Client Success & Retention: Ensure clients stay motivated, on track, and excited to return.
Sales: Guide prospects through the on-boarding process and help them see the value of committing to their goals.
Marketing: Support internal campaigns to enhance client experience and studio growth.
What We Offer
Part-time position with the current needs for:
Early Mornings 5:15 up to 830am
Afternoon and evening hours ~4:00-7:15pm
Saturday mornings 8:00-10:30am.
Additional shifts available
Hourly wage plus commission-based opportunities (specialty programming).
Free training at RISE FITNESS, plus ongoing education and professional development.

How We Train
RISE Fitness is a small group personal training studio. This means you will work with a
experienced coach every time you come in. No more wondering what to do, is this safe, or getting lost in the crowd.
In our Small Group Personal Training, you will get the attention and coaching you deserve in a fun supportive training environment. Think small dinner party with weights :).
We offer comprehensive program design that follows the latest evidence based training to help you get results safely and effectively.
Your session will start with a warm-up that includes flexibility, stability, and core exercises to make sure your are moving well and ready to work. Then we will transition you to light power training to keep your athletic movement strong.
The next section you transition to is the strength training component. Here we will focus on the foundational strength training exercises based on your abilities. Finally, we finish based on your goals higher intensity finisher.
Our training sessions last about 50 minutes so you can get in, get to work and back to living your life.
We Make It Easy: We do the thinking so you don't have to. Show up and work!
Small Groups: Don't get lost in the crowd again. We get to know you, your abilities, goals, and favorite super hero :)
Low Impact Training: Safe and effective training methods without beating up your joints or have you crawl out of the gym.
Coaching: Personal training in a fun and supportive environment.
Accountability: We help you keep "The Goal, The Goal"
