Personal Coaching: We’ll be with you during every workout to guide you, ensure proper form, and keep you motivated. With a flexible schedule from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM, you can choose what works best for you using our simple mobile app. Just show up, and we’ll handle the rest!
Accountability & Goal Setting Check-Ins: We’ll regularly meet to assess your progress, weigh in, take measurements, and discuss nutrition. Accountability is key, and we’ll make sure you stay on track.
Unlimited Email, Text & App Support: Have a question or need help staying on track? You can reach your coach anytime by email or text. Plus, with our training app (Trainerize), you’ll have your workouts, progress tracking, and updates all in one place—even on the days you're not training in person.
Custom Workout Plans for Days You’re Not Here: We’ll provide you with a workout plan for the days you’re not at the gym, based on the equipment you have access to, so you can stay on track wherever you are.
This program is for people of all fitness levels, especially those over age 50 who haven’t been to the gym in a while or feel intimidated by traditional gyms. Whether you have prior injuries, specific dietary needs, or a lot of weight to lose, our coaches will modify the program to fit your individual needs.
